Ricardo Tepedino
Graduated in 1985 from the State University of Rio de Janeiro – UERJ, where he was a representative to the Higher Council for Teaching and Research and the University Council, President of the DCE-UERJ and director of UNE.
Ricardo Tepedino represents clients from different sectors in highly complex lawsuits and arbitrations, as well as in consulting. He has a distinguished practice in civil, corporate and public law litigation, and is referenced in the most reputable rankings of lawyers, such as WWL, Leaders League and Chambers and Partners, integrating Band 1of Dispute Resolution – Litigation and Band 2 of Arbitration, in the latter.
He also acts as an arbitrator in several arbitration centers, and has published several works and articles in the area of corporate and bankruptcy law.
He was an effective member of the Sectional Council of the OAB-SP, of its 4th Chamber of Appeal (2012-2015) and of the Deontological Panel of the Court of Ethics and Discipline (2010-2012). He was a member of the examining board of the 184th Entrance Contest of the Judiciary of São Paulo.
