Luiz Guilherme Martins Costa

Graduated in Law in 2011 at the University of São Paulo, where he also obtained a master’s degree in Corporate Law in 2016, with the dissertation “Working Control”, approved summa cum laude.

He acts in high complexity lawsuits and arbitrations, focusing on contractual disputes, corporate disputes and special situations. He also advises clients in pre-litigious matters, as well as in the acquisition of litigious rights.

Co-author of the book “Brazilian Capital Market II – Doctrine, Cases & Materials”, coordinated by Professor Mauro Rodrigues Penteado.
