Graduated in Law in 2009 at the University of São Paulo.
José Eduardo has extensive experience in high complexity arbitration and lawsuits, focusing on contractual disputes, corporate disputes, public law cases, special situations, and has solid practice in credit recovery, restructuring and bankruptcy cases. He also advises clients in pre-litigious matters and in operations of the most varied natures, especially in the acquisition of credits and litigious rights, related to judicial or arbitration disputes, against public or private entities.
