Bruno Poppa

Graduated in 2005 at the University of São Paulo, with a one-year course (2002/2003) at the University of Rome – La Sapienza.

Bruno has extensive experience in lawsuits and arbitration, focusing on corporate and public law cases. He works in credit recovery, restructuring and bankruptcy cases, focusing on issues that require the elaboration and implementation of litigation strategies. Advises banks and investment funds in operations of the most varied natures that are related to judicial or arbitration disputes, against public or private entities. He has solid practice in negotiations and elaboration of strategies involving contentious aspects.

Nominated by the WWL in the Commercial Litigation area, and by the Chambers and Partners and Leaders League in the Bankruptcy/Restructuring area.

He has published articles in the area of ​​bankruptcy law.
